The Pennsylvania Golf Foundation
The Pennsylvania Golf Foundation helps the people who work at Pennsylvania's public, private, and municipal golf courses — and their families — through a health, medical, financial, or catastrophic crisis. Whenever we can, we pay whoever they owe directly.
We are a single fund with a single purpose: when the worst happens, there is a number to call. Before us, a caddie with a diagnosis or a greenkeeper whose home flooded had nowhere to turn within their own industry. We exist to change that — permanently, and at the state level.
Governed by role, not by personality.
To protect applicants and donors alike, we describe our leadership by role. The full board and committee lists live in our governance reports.
Volunteer leaders from Pennsylvania golf who set policy and safeguard the mission.
An independent panel that reviews every case against a written rubric, with dual sign-off on each decision.
Independent legal, accounting, and audit counsel keep the Foundation compliant and transparent.
